
Postpartum Support
As a fellow Mama, I hold the joys and complexities of postpartum with utmost love and care (and humor, of course!), and would love to walk alongside you as you navigate these early days of parenthood. I will help you build space into your daily rhythm, developing insights into your specific postpartum needs, and equip you with nourishing tools using breathwork, movement, massage, and deep listening. Our work will foster a sense of balance, calm, and connection during this transformative season.
The postpartum period encapsulates a wide spectrum of human experience… from extreme bliss and joy, to utter overwhelm and complete exhaustion. And the experience is different from one family to the next. This time is ever-changing as your baby grows and enters new stages of development… and the shifting continues as you, also, enter new stages of change- physically, mentally, spiritually.
As a parent or primary caregiver, one of the most important elements of this postpartum time is the care not only for your new baby, but for YOU. The adult(s) who are constantly nurturing this new, tiny Being can easily become completely swept up into the new role as caregiver, leaving little room to tend to your own needs… yet a nourished, resourced adult makes for a more regulated, calm, and nurturing presence for your child.
